Power house review and release blitz, Ahren Sanders

 This was a solid book, but I’ve come to the conclusion that these men are just not my type.

They’re too dominant, too overbearing.

Having said that, there were some good twists and turns in this book, some great side characters.

I do feel like Rowan was too much of a storyline here, even if it tied cleverly into Major and Jewls’s story. 

I also feel like at the very end we missed a big disconnect, there was a massive leap made that was never *quite* explained. It sort of was, but I think it needed more.

The spice level was great and the romantic parts were lovely, but I can’t get over Major’s domineering attitude and actions.

I do think the next book, obviously Rowan’s, will be different because of her situation, at least I hope so. I hope her guy doesn’t come at her as hard as Ace and Major have. 

So yeah, good, but a little too much for me.

 A great book and a solid end to the series!

I love Morgan and James. They’re such strong, multi dimensional characters and I love how they open up to each other.

I also like the way this story unfolds, including a little bit more spice than the other books in the series.

This was a little bit of a different direction for Ginger and I love it! Her characters feel real, and authentic and i’m here for it!

These defiant souls review and release blitz, L A Cotton

 I absolutely loved this book!

Zane had my heart from the very start, I loved him, he was such a great character!

I loved how multi dimensional Celeste was as well, she was great.

And the supporting cast were so good too! I haven’t read the other books in this series, but that’s going to change!

I love how gritty this story was, how it wasn’t your typical rich girl/bad boy book.

I do wish we’d seen a little more of a development from before the formal, but that’s my only complaint.
