Rising review and release blitz, Micalea smeltzer

 This was an okay book.

I was initially excited when I heard who was next, but this didn’t go the way I expected, or really liked.

I know Kira and Rush have their own individual issues, but I found Kira quite unlikeable in this book.

If I took a shot for every time she mentioned she was pregnant, I’d be dead several times over.

I also didn’t like who it was made out that Rush was the only one with problems and she didn’t destroy him.

But, eventually it came together in what was a solid addition to the series.

I found it reads a little young, especially as Rush is supposed to be 26/27, but I can get over that for the most part.

Like I said, a solid addition.
